Questions

Why does your voice help people sleep?

Good question - I got curious about this too. When my therapy clients kept falling asleep listening to their session audios, I started researching. Turns out certain vocal qualities trigger a parasympathetic response - your nervous system recognizes safety and finally lets go. It's not magic, it's polyvagal theory in action. The frequency, pace, and tone signal to your body that rest is permitted.

Will I actually fall asleep, or is that just marketing?

Honest answer: most people don't finish the stories. That's not failure - that's the point. If you make it all the way through, either you weren't tired enough, or you genuinely enjoyed the narrative. Both are fine. But the design goal is simple: you drift off somewhere around minute 10-15 and wake up rested, having no idea how the lighthouse keeper's story ended.

Is this the same content that's free on YouTube?

Some overlap, yes - I'm not hiding that. The difference: here you get ad-free versions (no mid-roll interruptions at 2am), exclusive stories not published elsewhere, and the complete Anchor series organized as a structured program. Think of YouTube as the tasting menu. This is the full kitchen.

What if I've tried everything and nothing works?

Then this probably won't either - at least not on its own. Sleep stories help when your nervous system needs permission to rest. But if there's a deeper pattern keeping you awake, you need more than audio. That's what the 1-on-1 RTT work addresses (€1,980). Or try the Monthly Membership (€9.99) to explore the approach without commitment. Start here if you're curious. Move to transformation if you're serious.

Can I share this with my insomniac partner?

Technically: personal use license. Realistically: I can't monitor your bedroom audio habits. If it helps both of you sleep, I'm not losing sleep over it. 😉

What happens after I purchase?

Instant email with download links. MP3 files you can keep forever - put them on your phone, your sleep app, wherever. No subscription portal, no login drama, just files. Listen tonight if you want. Or next week. Or never. They're yours.

Why not just use a meditation app?

Try it - genuinely. If Headspace works for you, use Headspace. But meditation asks you to DO something: focus, breathe, observe. These stories ask you to do nothing. Just listen. Let the narrative carry you. For people whose minds won't stop analyzing, that's the difference between homework and permission to rest.
